Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

2 to 3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (I use the non-oil type)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp + 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 (14 ounce/398 mL) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 to 3 tbsp water as needed for desired thickness
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne pepper or black pepper (optional)

Put all ingredients into a food processor, and blend until desired smoothness. Scape down the sides of the bowl as needed to get all the pieces blended.
